In the event that a product or course is listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, New York Insurance School ,shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products of courses listed incorrectly. New York Insurance School shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, New York Insurance School shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Payment Terms, Orders, Quotes
New York Insurance School accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express,and Discover cards and there is no credit card surcharges imposed by New York Insurance School All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Terms of payment are within New York Insurance School sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by New York Insurance School, payment must be received by New York Insurance School, prior to acceptance of a product order or course enrollment. Orders are not binding upon New York Insurance School. until accepted by New York Insurance School Any quotations given by New York Insurance School will be valid for the period stated in the quotation..
We ship promptly based on product availability. You must provide a delivery address, as we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Mexico, Canada and some rural locations may require additional delivery time and additional charges. All orders outside the U.S. are subject to duty; it is the purchaser responsibility for duty cost and/or taxes. We regret that we cannot ship outside North America at this time. Title passes upon shipment and risk of loss passes upon delivery by our carriers. New York Insurance School is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control. Products offered by New York Insurance School are shipped as a domestic sale to the purchaser.
All books and learning materials purchased through the New York Insurance School are nonrefundable. Course fees are nonrefundable except under the following circumstances: If a student cancels a course, the student is entitled to a full refund, credit, or transfer to another course of their choice. The course cancellation policy only applies if the student notifies the New York Insurance School within three business days of their course start date. Once you show up for the first course session, all fees are no longer refundable. In the event that the New York Insurance School, cancels a course, the student is entitled to a full refund, credit, or transfer to another course of their choice with two months of notification of the course cancellation.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.
